Every clause, read against your rules, before you sign.
Whereas the other side writes its paper to suit itself, Yesnsheall reads every clause, compares it with the positions you have set, and tells you plainly what is different and what to change.
Write your positions once. Apply them to every contract.
A playbook lists the clauses you care about and your position on each: the standard you want, the fallback you can live with, and the point where someone senior has to approve.
- 1.1Starter playbooks. For NDAs, vendor agreements, customer agreements and employment offers.
- 1.2Your thresholds. Liability caps, renewal terms, payment days, governing law, notice periods.
- 1.3Owners. Each escalation names the person who can approve the exception.
A flag always comes with a reason and a fix.
Each flagged clause shows what the contract says, what your playbook says, and a suggested edit written to match the drafting style of the document. Accept it, change it, or send it for approval.
- 2.1Tracked changes. Accepted edits appear as clean redlines the other side can review in Word.
- 2.2Missing clauses. Spots what is absent, such as no limitation of liability or no termination for convenience.
- 2.3Comments. Explain a position to the counterparty in a comment attached to the clause.
Margin note: anything that is not in your playbook is shown as unchecked, never as safe.

Questions on this clause
A.1Is AI review legal advice?
No. It compares a contract with the rules you set. It does not replace a lawyer, and important or unusual contracts should be reviewed by a qualified one.
A.2What if a clause is not in our playbook?
It is shown as not checked. Review never marks a clause as safe unless it matches a position you have defined.
A.3Is our contract used to train the AI?
No. Your contracts are never used to train AI models for other customers.
